• PDFs into records: Uploaded PDF paperwork goes through the same AI extraction on import, so bulk documents land as structured records, not dead attachments.
• Attendance by face: A kiosk marks attendance from a face or ID card — no badge to forget.
• Number plates at the gate: Vehicle in, vehicle out — logged from the plate, tied to gate activity.
• An assistant that knows the manual: Staff ask the in-app assistant how a screen works and get answers grounded in the product manual — fewer calls to the one person who knows.
• Less data entry, fewer errors: The camera does the first pass; staff only correct, they don’t re-type.
