AI module — Trade Node
Vision AI for documents, faces and plates — plus a built-in assistant.
Point a camera at the paperwork instead of typing it. The AI add-on reads purchase documents and challans into drafts, recognises faces for attendance and reads number plates at the gate — and an assistant inside the app answers “how do I…” questions from the product manual.
What it does for you
- Documents into drafts: Photograph a supplier bill or challan and get a draft PO or stock transfer — unknown products created along the way.
- PDFs into records: Uploaded PDF paperwork goes through the same AI extraction on import, so bulk documents land as structured records, not dead attachments.
- Attendance by face: A kiosk marks attendance from a face or ID card — no badge to forget.
- Number plates at the gate: Vehicle in, vehicle out — logged from the plate, tied to gate activity.
- An assistant that knows the manual: Staff ask the in-app assistant how a screen works and get answers grounded in the product manual — fewer calls to the one person who knows.
- Less data entry, fewer errors: The camera does the first pass; staff only correct, they don’t re-type.
What's inside — 1 sub-module
Buying AI switches on this sub-module in your Trade Node portal:
- AI Recognition: Vision AI across the daily grind: photograph a supplier bill or challan and get a draft purchase order or stock transfer with unknown products created along the way; upload PDF paperwork and it lands as staged rows for line-by-line review; a kiosk marks attendance from a face or ID card; and vehicles are logged in and out at the gate from the number plate.
Pricing & activation
Live monthly pricing in ₹ (ex-GST) is shown on this page and on the pricing page. Modules activate online from your account the moment payment goes through and can be cancelled anytime — they run to the end of the paid period.
Where this fits in the platform
AI belongs to intelligence that removes typing in the Trade Node deck, which walks through the whole platform in the order a buyer asks about it. Weighing this against a full suite? Read the comparison with Odoo, Zoho and TranZact.
